WHO WE ARE

United Cerebral Palsy- Center for Disability Services is dedicated to advancing the independence of people with disabilities.

Over the years, UCP-CDS’ programs and services have expanded to serve individuals with severe, multiple disabilities including autism, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic impairment, and other developmental disabilities. UCP-CDS provides its services in a five county area including Will, Kankakee, Grundy, Kendall, and Iroquois.

The following programs are offered: The Melvin J. Larson School, Family Support/Home Base, In-Home Respite, and Community Day Services Program which includes developmental training.

UCP-CDS is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
