IN-HOME RESPITE

In-Home Respite

In-Home Respite Care Program provides supportive services to families of developmentally disabled children and adults. Participants enrolled in the In-Home Respite Program may receive up to 360 hours per year.  In addition, this program provides the care giver with the gift of “Time” by allowing a respite care worker to temporary care for the individual in their absence. Respite care workers may also provide supportive care in the presence of the parent/guardian.  The program allows for parents/guardians to provide supportive care and learning opportunities to enhance safety, wellness, and health training for their family member.
