In-Home Respite

Our In-Home Respite program is designed to provide temporary relief and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families by offering high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

The first step in enrolling in our program is to contact Cassandra Farley at cassandraf@ucp-cds.org or call (815) 744-3500. She will be able to provide you with more information about our program. Cassandra also will provide you with the necessary information, forms, and assist you with the enrollment process. Our staff will work with you to ensure that you have a positive and fulfilling experience with us.
