Taylor Swift Ticket Raffle (2)

UCP-Center for Disability Services is holding an online raffle fundraiser to win two (2) FLOOR seat tickets (Section J, Row 18, seats 5&6) and a one-night hotel room stay (details TBA) for the sold out Taylor Swift Eras Tour show on Sunday, November 3rd at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN at 7:00pm ET

Raffle tickets are $100 each and only 500 tickets will be sold! 

All proceeds of this fundraiser will benefit UCP-Center for Disability Services and our programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

WHO WILL RECEIVE PROCEEDS FROM RAFFLE?
All proceeds will benefit UCP-Center for Disability Services and our programs and services for individuals with disabilities.

DO I NEED TO BE 18 TO PURCHASE TICKETS?
Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time you purchase tickets. Raffle winner will be required to provide identification with proof of age in order to claim the raffle tickets.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET NUMBER(S)?
Your ticket number(s) are generated via an automated process in GiveSmart upon completion of your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from GiveSmart with a receipt containing a summary of your order. UCP-Center for Disability Services will also email you a confirmation of your raffle ticket number. You can view your digital raffle ticket number under "My Items" in GiveSmart. 

WHEN AND HOW WILL YOU SELECT THE WINNER?
The drawing for the winner will take place live on our Facebook page on October 1, 2024 at 6:15pm CT. Numbered raffle ball(s) with corresponding raffle number(s) will be added to a tumbler and the winning raffle ball will be drawn. 

HOW WILL WINNER RECEIVE THE CONCERT TICKETS?
Winner must provide a valid email address for the transfer of tickets, which will be done in collaboration with UCP-Center for Disability Services.

HOW MANY CHANCES TO WIN ARE BEING SOLD? 
The raffle is limited to the first 500 tickets sold. Each ticket has a 1 in 500 chance of winning the tickets; provided that the odds are subject to change dependent upon the total number of chances sold.

HOW MANY WINNERS WILL THERE BE?
There will only be 1 (one) winner chosen who will receive the 2 (two) concert tickets and a one-night hotel room stay (details TBA).

HOW MANY CHANCES CAN I BUY?
You may purchase as many chances to win as you choose (until tickets are sold out).

DO I NEED TO LIVE IN A SPECIFIC STATE OR AREA TO BUY A TICKET?
No, you can purchase your chance to win from any state or area in the U.S. 

DO I NEED TO BE WATCHING THE FACEBOOK LIVE TO WIN? 
No. All winners will be notified via email and/or phone shortly after the drawing. We will also post the winner on the website and our social media accounts shortly after the raffle drawing.

DO I HAVE ANY TAX LIABILITY IF I WIN?
Potentially. The taxable value of the prize will be treated as ordinary income to the winner for federal and state income tax purposes, and the winner will be required by law to pay any tax liability incurred in connection with his/her receipt of the prize, if any. If you are a raffle winner, it is important that you determine what federal, state and/or local taxes you must pay and you are encouraged to consult with an accountant or tax preparer to make that determination.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THE CONCERT GET CANCELLED OR THE WINNER CANNOT ATTEND FOR SOME REASON?
In the rare event that the concert is cancelled or dates are changed, or the winner is unable to attend, UCP-Center for Disability Services will not refund raffle ticket(s) purchase to winner or raffle participants. All ticket sales are final.

IS PARKING AT THE CONCERT VENUE INCLUDED IN THIS PRIZE?
No. It is the winner’s responsibility for any transportation expenses to/from the concert.

By participating in this raffle, the participant agrees that UCP-Center for Disability Services has no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize or by participation in the contest.
